The Telecommunications Complaint Board
The Telecommunications Complaint Board is an independent private complaints board founded by the Telecommunication industry in Denmark and the Danish Consumer Council on the 25th of July 2003.
The Telecommunications Complaint Board is approved by the Danish Minister of Business and Growth to process complaints concerning telecommunication services. This includes complaints concerning landlines, mobile and internet services.
All complaint procedure of the Telecommunications Complaint Board is in Danish and therefore only complaints written in Danish will be considered. However it is possible to fill in a complaintform in english.
